     Dixie Bones serves real pit BBQ cooked over hickory logs for 12-14 hours.  Pit smoking gives our meat a wonderful smoky flavor &  naturally tenderizes it without using preservatives.   The long cooking time eliminates excess fat.   From our pits, we serve pork shoulders, beef briskets, chicken, sausage and St Louis cut pork spare ribs.  We also hand bread and fry great tasting Mississippi farm raised catfish.

     All our sides and baked goods are made using the finest ingredients available.  We use fresh vegetables-nothing canned or frozen.  And best yet, all our desserts are made by us each morning from scratch.
