How to Prepare Southern Pork Shoulder & Beef Brisket
We combined these two meats in one video because the large pieces of meat are prepared & smoked the same way. The big secret to our pork & beef is the smoking process.
We don’t use rubs or marinades, we simply place the pork shoulders & beef briskets in our pits & let the hickory logs & smoking do all the work. The combination of smoke & long smoking time gives the meat a great taste, tenderizes it without using preservatives & burns off the excess fat.
