Our fried catfish filets are not complicated. The way we do it is pretty simple. It’s all about the quality of the catfish & the breading.
Our catfish is farm raised in Mississippi. The breading is created using our own secret recipe & made with Virginia stone ground cornmeal & spices. One more thing I want to mention is that you should enjoy your catfish immediately after it’s been fried. Leaving it to sit too long will result in soggy catfish.
